What does support cover?

Support covers system setup, usage, and technical issues. Interpretation of results and clinical decisions remain with the veterinary professional.

How quickly will I get a response?

We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. If your system is unusable and you can't run samples, mention that in your request and we'll prioritize it.

Do you offer training?

Yes. When your PetriEye system is set up, we provide onboarding for everyday use of the device and the web app with ongoing support afterwards.

Where do I find setup instructions?

Setup is walked through during onboarding when your PetriEye system is installed, and product documentation is provided as part of it. Need a refresher later? Send us a request above and our support team will help.

What about maintenance?

Maintenance is minimal and primarily involves routine cleaning as part of regular use. Cleaning procedures are covered during onboarding, and our support team provides guidance for reliable day-to-day use.
